This is my first Gun Safe purchase and I was worried about shipping and possible damage that could occur. I was really impressed with how well it was packaged with corner protectors and foam padding top and bottom and all four sides. Once I opened the safe and installed the batteries that were included, it was simple to reset the user code. The locking mechanism and key pad works perfectly. I really like the adjustable shelf and lock box inside. I can always access my weapons, even if the batteries are depleted since it came with an external battery box and a set of keys. The safe comes with all the necessary mounting hardware for attaching to the floor and/or wall for added security. I am mostly impressed with the overall quality of the safe for the price paid.
