FEDEX lost my first shipment and it was really frustrating, but the customer service from the seller was great. They were nice and very helpful. A replacement one was sent and received in 5 days. I was really impressed with their customer service team.
The safe it self is exactly as described so thats always good. Its a little on the light side but it comes with nuts and bolts to fasten it to your floor/wall.
