It arrived on time and was it perfect condition when I unpacked it. You can tell that care is taken when it was prepared for shipping.
Installation was simple; unpack, place, set the code and your in business. I was missing the barrel rack, contacted customer service and they got right back to me. After supplying them with a couple photos and some additional information, the replacement part was in the mail a week later. Thanks to Adam and Alan for their help and the door organizer!
