When the safe arrived I was very impressed with the detail they took to pack and ship this item, so that It would not arrive pinged, dinged or dented. Upon further inspection I noticed the battery box was damaged, so I called the vendor and had a new battery box within four days. Thats great customer service! This safe, for the money is a great value! I can store two rifles and my AR [with a scope] inside with no problem. I especially like the adjustable shelf, In its lowest position I can store four pistols in their soft cases very nicely. I like the lockable upper cabinet where I store two holsters and a few boxes of ammo. It also comes with an external battery backup that can be plugged into the keypad, thats in case you let the main batteries in the keypad die on you and you cant open the safe. This safe was light enough that with the help of my son-in-law, were able to move it to the upstairs bedroom, plus the included wall and floor bolts, when installed make for a stable fixture in the closet. Once again for the money and features this is a great value in securing your firearms!
