However, I purchase four chairs. Two of them were broken.
One had a broken frame. See my photo. Instead of returning it (I needed the chairs for the holiday) I secured the break with anetal plate I had to purchase for this purpose.
And another of the for chairs was defective in that one of the four sides to the base plate was upside down. This forced two legs to slant in opposite directions, making the chair useless! It took me ten minutes to come to the conclusion that the base was manufactured incorrectly and let out the door for to poor quality control.
Again, I needed the chairs for the holiday so I sawed off the incorrectly manufactured base side and reglued and rescrewed it on in the correct direction. this was a temporary fix so that I could use the chairs for a few days while company was in town.
When I went to return the chairs I did not get an option to have them replaced. I really dont want to have to disassemble these chairs and repackage them in such a big box for a return in order to get new chairs.
Hopefully and the manufacturer is listening and they can contact me, please contact me, and just send me two new bases for the chairs. Two new bases would fix the two issues with the two bases that are shown in the photos.
Other than all these problems the chairs have been good so far after about a week of use.
