Building the bed: this was a bit more challenging and took more time than advertised, but instructions were clear and the result was great!
The under-bed storage is a fantastic feature.
We have laughed often since using this guest bed: the smiling woman in the demo video single-handedly (literally) pulls out the drawers and flips the mattresses to set up the bed. Easy-breezy. In our experience, this is a two-person task that includes a lot of grunting.
The bed is quite attractive as a daybed/couch in our guest room as well.
