To the credit of , they contacted me immediately after posting a negative review and sent me replacement bungee cords at no additional cost, I just had to wait a few days. I will add that I purchased 2 trampolines for a friend who is a personal trainer and she her clients are very pleased with this product and are using it in their private training sessions.
