I hate to exercise, but pulled the trigger on this rebounder, hoping I would enjoy (or at least be able to force myself) to workout. I now actually look forward to jumping on this thing after work each day. Awesome gentle bounce, quiet, and FUN. I couldnt be happier with this purchase. My husband helped me put it together and it only took us about 15 minutes. It comes with a tool that makes it pretty easy to put the bungee cords on with. I definitely recommend having someone to help you brace the rebounder as you are placing the bungees /but its not difficult.
