Very solid feel. Packing was very good, instructions easy to follow. Keep in mind that down has to be packaged a little different than hollow-fill so the bag down is in makes a little noise, however when youre laying on it very quiet. Last 2 sofas $2k+ from West Elm and this quality is the same. High priced furniture is overrated. I was hesitant to make a sight unseen purchase from but happy. I felt sorry for delivery folks because they get their load and they are not furniture movers and are not supplied with proper tools. I had to pitch in and help. Very polite and courteous.
