This was very straightforward to put together and it feels very sturdy. The quality is nice. My mattress is a little smaller than the frame so there are small gaps in the corners. The drawers have plenty of room, although you cant pull out the ones near the head of the bed if you have a nightstand unless you move the nightstand, obviously.. I got this bed so my cat couldnt hide underneath and it has worked perfectly for that purpose.
