Excellent product, my child loves that the ladders steps are flat and not circular because it doesnt hurt her feet. I would highly recommend this product! The only downside is that the side rail had a pretty good size dent in it, so its not perfect in my daughters eyes. Also, apparently if you live on an upstairs floor the delivery driver will not take it up the stairs. The box was too heavy for me to lift but I just opened it up downstairs and carried it up by pieces. The product itself is amazing, well built, sturdy and very sophisticated looking.
