Thanks. The product came when expected and was easy to assemble. The seat cushions are a part of the couch, which was unexpected, and one of the cushions was damaged before it arrived. The couch is comfy, but when sitting on the damaged cushion, the memory foam doesnt recover to initial position, which has affected subsequent times Ive sat on the couch. I dont think its a general product issue and will probably get a replacement.
