I have never written reviews on products before but for this I have to! I love the bed! I always research every product I buy with price comparisons and reviews, and this once had good reviews however I had read some complaints about ease of building. I honestly dont know what these reviews were talking about, the product is perfectly packaged, organized and ready to go in order of build. The frame took less than 30 minutes to put together and is sturdy and well built. The slats are already joined together and Velcro onto the frame which was just brilliant for ease of placing. I have built beds where each slat needs to be screwed in individually. My mattress has never slid around as some others said, and we have dogs jumping on and off daily. There are sticky strips to help keep the mattress in place but we never even took the backing off to use them. The bed looks great and is a little taller than other platform beds I had looked into, which is what I wanted since I had a huge bed before and didnt want to be too low down. The height of the bed is just right. We attached a headboard to it, and we are very happy with the purchase. For the price this is an excellent bed frame.
