For the price, its a pretty good buy. There was room underneath to put another twin frame and mattress, as well as a side table. As far as height, dont expect anyone older than 5 to be able to actually stand under it. If youre looking for a grown up loft bed, this is not for you. This went perfectly in my kids shared room, and they both have their own space. For the price, Im not worried about longevity. Im confident it will serve its purpose for the few years we need it to, if not longer. Excellent product!
