This is a fantastic, powerful, quiet treadmill for small spaces. I keep it in my living room and you can barely see it behind my seating area.
I live in a live with art space where I sometimes have open studio events to sell my bf work so only during these times have I folded it to clear up more floor space.
The rest of the time, it’s not at all in my way.
I have been using this daily for months and have had no issues. It’s very quiet and durable.
