Operating the features not explained well in the manual. You kinda have to keep using it and trying things. Love the option of the speeds, and ability to monitor every aspect of your experience on it. Comes with the base already put together you just attach the arms, monitor and tray. Its pretty heavy if trying to get it upstairs. Very modern looking, more like a piece of tech with a treadmill attached. Worth the money.
