Purchase this item on the 7th and received it on the 9th of January 2021. Item was easy to set up, I manage to do it alone. It is sturdy and well thought out. The item has many different settings and intensity. The Threadmill comes with dumbbells. However, the dumbbells are extremely light, which wasnt a problem for me since I have dumbbells at home. Over all I am very please with my purchase.
