This iron frame is, while budget priced, rock solid once constructed. With a heavy weight bearing rating, Id feel comfortable with this frame for those with large beds. Assembly takes time, but not due to confusion...there are just a few steps that need to be taken in order to make the frame as rigid as possible. It accomplishes this rigidity by its nine pillar design: three along both sides, and three along the under spine of the frame. Coupled with closely set, lateral support ribs AND two additional foot and headboard beams, you get a lot of support for not a whole lot of coin.
