For about 2 years our frame has been perfect for us and our bed! Unfortunately though a piece broke at the weld. When I reached out to the company they were very quick to respond and graciously sent us a new frame as the model we had was upgraded and they no longer had spare pieces for it. The emailed us regularly to make sure we knew where we stood in the upgrade, when it was mailed, and to follow up once it was delivered! I cannot say enough for this company and the way they helped us out! Thank you! Simple and easy to put together.
