Strangely, it took three tries to get this frame delivered. The first two disappeared into UPSs giant maw. s customer service was awesome and each time the order was resubmitted.
When the frame came a month after we ordered it, we found it very easy to assemble. All the parts and tools come neatly packaged and tucked into the headboard. The frame is sturdy and stylish.
Delivery issues were frustrating, however Im glad we persevered with the purchase of this bed frame. Worth it!!!
