First off- I got this trampoline on sale for $350 so it was a phenomenal buy. The setup was very physically demanding but not all that complicated, I had this up in 2 1/2 hours by myself. There have been a few annoyances however: 1. The order took several months to get to my door, which is just completely bizarre. I even got cancellation emails citing that the order had been open and unfulfilled for so long, then confirmation emails from just weeks later. However once the order was actually shipped it took just days to deliver. 2. The day after I set up the trampoline I noticed that one of the 2 welds on the holster for the net pipes had snapped which caused the pipe to lean and will probably snap the second weld shortly. I will be contacting the company for a replacement today. Other that the incredibly annoying delay on the order and the snapped weld this setup is solid, it looks great and my kids have spent more time playing on this thing than they have doing anything else. Ive got 3, 4 and 5 year old boys who are obsessed with the trampoline. I also bought a $70 ladder (3 step; very stable) ladder to attach to this thing so that they can access it whenever they want. That combo is phenomenal. **FYI- the description say no more that 250 lbs should be on the trampoline but I have a feeling this thing could handle a lot more than that.
