Super easy to assemble. The box was beat up but that is expected living in Hawaii. Few scratches on frame and a small hole in the mat. But not seriously flawed. I waxed the frame and will touch up the paint later. For the money the trampoline was worth every Pennie. Our three year old daughter loves it.
