We have loved our trampoline! It was easy for my husband and myself to put together. It has held up very well with multiple kids from 4 years old to 12 years old constantly jumping on it. We recently had bad weather with high winds that blew it over our fence and rammed it onto our boat. Two metal bars were badly bent, rendering it unusable. We contacted the seller to see about ordering replacement parts. Even though the warranty does not cover weather related damages, the company very quickly replied to us and shipped the replacement parts to us at no cost to us.
