That also meant I had to put together two of these... and I am a pro in assembling ... these come in literally thousand pieces and you need to go strictly by the plan. Its easy to make a mistake and you have to do it all over.... once done they look great and are very sturdy ... buy a regular size twin mattress, it will fit perfect. The kids love these!
