Everything was in perfect condition, opened box at bottom and the box came off like clockwork, NO assembly required, just moved to an apartment and everything has had to be assembled and usually a two Man job and not as easy as it says on the sheet. This was such a pleasant syrprise, and they look aming the usb and receptacles work great.slide out cup holder is well made as well YES i would buy these again. yes NO assembly
