I received the chair today. Had no trouble assembling the chair and ottoman. It took about an hour.
It seems to be quite comfortable. Im a little taller than the recommended height of the user but it still has good head support.
The assembly instructions were diagrams with no text, but understandable. Looks solid, easy to assemble.
