Pieces were missing in my items order. Thankfully I have extra screws on hand that did the job. When I went to ask for help said I had to return the item entirely . after all the work of putting it together I was not going to box it back up for missing screws and bolts. Its unfortunate though. You pay for it and expect what the product offers. The chair itself is very nice. Keeping it because its already assembled but disappointed I wasnt given everything I needed to do it without using what I had. Debating if we are going to keep it
