good but not great,the quality is ok,i hpoe it can last long Bought this for my parents at their request. Chair is very nice but my Moms biggest complaint was the ottoman was way to small for the scale of the chair. The chair was nice though so she is looking for a bigger ottoman to swap out potentially. Great packaging and arrived to a decent hour. Dad says Easy to assemble and he only curse once while doing it XD Sounds like more of a 4/5 to me but my Mom rated it a 3/5 so thats what it gets.
