My house decor is black and wood and I have 2 other pure wood blades fan. I paid a lot more for those and knowing these are pricey I wasnt expecting so much out of this one. I thought the wood was going to be fake but its not, the wood is real and the color is rich and vivid. I am posting a few closeups if anyone is wondering whats the true color. The fan is really quiet, set it up in our living room and the noise is kept at a minimum. I had to write my thoughts because this product deserves it. Its beautiful, well made, great looking and quiet.
