A pain the a.. to install! but working beautifully and looking good.
CONS: Warning! If youve never installed a ceiling fan be ready to pay an electrician for this one! Yikes! Ive installed quite a few throughout the years, and this was the most difficult one by far! mostly because the installation instructions/manual are an absolute joke, more confusing than helpful. It took me about 1.5 hours to install by myself with about a third of that trying to make any sense of the instructions. Good grief! Also be mindful that the LED light section is not anything you will find at your local hardware store or even Home Depot. It will have to be special ordered if it ever fails. I am planning to order a replacement asap before the company disappears or cease to be in business. The remote feels very cheap and toy-like and makes me very nervous as it is the ONLY way to control this fan. Might have to order an other one of these as well as a back up. PROS: Once installed the fan looks very good and stylish. The choice of 6 different speeds is also a plus and appreciated. It isnt whisper quiet at the higher speeds but it makes a very pleasant white noise that I find very helpful to fall asleep with. At the higher speeds it really displace a large amount of air that is clearly felt throughout my 12 by 16 bedroom. The up close quality is not as high as the listing make it appear, but Overall, Im quite happy with this purchase considering the very reasonable price, but with the reservations listed above. My rating is 3.5 stars.
