The instructions are clear as long as you follow the steps. Took about 1 hour to install following the steps in the instructions. Of course, it would be nice to have another person to install it with you. After the installation, it looks beautiful and elegant. 6 air speeds are also good. It makes a little noise at higher speeds, but it is usable for me. At higher speeds it really moves a lot of air which is nice. Overall, Im pretty happy with this reasonable priced product. My rating is 4.5 stars. Would recommend!
