My husband is a general contractor and this was a pretty difficult install. Fan is amazing and gives a great breeze. Light options (x3) are amazing. Good product for the price. Directions are AWFUL. Dont forget the shroud because they never mention installing it and we only noticed once it was put together that the bright silver screws are visible.
