Did have a small issue with the package being already opened upon arrival, which was handled well by customer service. After that, the fan is great. Easy to install, very quiet(after I made sure to have the correct tightness on the fan blades and not over tighten the screws), and the remote works great. I do wish the fan direction wasnt able to be changed by the remote, as this makes this function, which is only needed twice a year, too accessible, and able to be changed by mistake.
