Bought this for my backyard and had one more step to assemble when I found out there was no hole to screw the stabilizer into. Called customer service and sent over a few pictures to them. They immediately ordered me a new one without the hassle of a return. Other than the issue I had the product looks great and easy to use. Make sure to order the weights so it doesn’t blow over.
