We bought this umbrella for our patio by our pool to put near the outdoor sofa. When we put it together it seemed off balance. We found a crease in the upper part of the umbrella and the pole was bent toward the bottom. I contacted the seller Products and sent them pictures. Within 24 hours they began responding to me. Now, just 48 hours later they have apologized, set up a delivery for a whole new umbrella AND told us we DO NOT have to go thru the hassle of sending the old one back. We can keep it as a spare OR dispose of it as we see fit. That is how you run a company! I have put up pics of when we 1st put it up, then the next morning when we were able to see better we noticed the damage. BCP gave us no issues at all! I know crap happens and not everything is perfect but they made replacing this umbrella super easy. Now, beside the damage I WILL say this item is worth the cost. The lights are great, the color red we chose was the perfect brick color red and we love the fact its solar! So if you see any one stars, I would still take a chance on this company just because their customer service is AWESOME
