Took about 2.5 hours total time to put together, but that was with TV distractions while assembling the main pieces downstairs before moving upstairs. All in all, its easy assembly with decent instructions. My only complaint is that the rails are held to the posts with 1 inch screws. This does not make it unsafe, but if you pull on a corner, you will have a slight rhombus as the other end stays in place. I would recommend two people to move it just so you dont weaken the attachment points. Product is Ok for the price.
