Okay. Ive got mine setup with a twin mattress on top and a sofa on the bottom. Im going to jump right into the Pros and Cons.
Pros:
1. Inexpensive
2. Packaged well
3. Easy installation
Cons:
1. The top bunk is really high up. I mean Really REALLY HIGH UP.
2. Using the thin step ladder is hard on your feet.
3. If you dont nail it to the wall, its really wobbly from side to side. Front to back is okay, but also wobbles. Just ok
