Amazing bed, arrived on time missing support legs, screws bolts as well as the front feet. The company would not send me the parts to Hawaii under NO circumstances, as I did NOT want to send this huge package that I had no box for and explained what a pain it would be, after purchasing the bolts and trying to order parts on line, I gave up and escalated my call with , they took care of everything as always! Thanks to my bed is almost ready!
I would never deal with HOME company ever again.
