I was very hesitant to order bunkbeds online without seeing them, but I took the plunge with these after reading the reviews. What a GREAT decision!! They arrived in a timely manner, without any damage. There are a lot of pieces to put together, and you need to pay careful attention to the directions. I put the first set together by myself, but it was much easier with two people on the second set (couple of hours). Besides their crisp, bright white finish and nice head-room on the lower bunk, what Im most pleased with is the quality and sturdiness of these bunks. They are SOLIDLY built (no shaking or wobbling) with plenty of crossbar support. I feel confident our adult guests will sleep well in these. One upper rail did come warped. I contacts s customer service via email, and within 2 hours, they had shipped out a replacement part via FedEx-AMAZING customer service! Overall, I couldnt be happier with the value of these bunks: sturdy, high quality beds at an excellent price, with wonderful customer service support.
