I was looking for a chair w specific tone of wood (medium shade) with a shape that would match a mid-century modern oak table. Wanted to lessen the modern vibe without getting too Amish or farmy looking. This chair worked perfectly. Its sturdy, looks great and the price point cant be beat. Not a comfy chair but plenty fine for dinner and conversation. Not as wide as my other chairs but works ok for an average sized adult. I dont know how it would be for a heavier person. I love them!
