I ordered the triple bunks, I was missing two of the pins, they finally arrived months after I got the beds. An entire replacement screw kit was sent. The beds are attractive and I like several things about them. But the are wobbly as a triple set. I am going to attach them to the wall with L brackets to give me piece of mind. Not bad.
