I read a lot of negative reviews on this futon so I was pleasantly surprised when it exceeded my expectations. Im short so the low seating doesnt bother me, but be warned it isnt chair height. The futon itself is fairly comfortable and I presume it will get more comfy overtime. Fits perfectly in my media room. Seats two adults with the armrest down just fine. The pillows/armrests are better suited for your back. Overall, Id recommend this futon for an office or a gaming room.
