The box came damaged in one corner. Upon opening, we realized the corner of two shelves were damaged. Contacted via email s customer service about the damage. Also sent them pics of box and damaged shelves. They were very prompt in responding and and immediately shipped me two new shelves. Definitely recommend them and their products.
