    Futon review

    My estimated delivery time was July 21 - 26th, 2021, it came on the 18th. Was easy to set up except there was a hole on the bottom, I’m guessing for the extra leg which was at the wrong part. I had to bore another hole for the leg. At the front of my sofa was torn/scratch as you can see in the photo. I tested the different angle settings for the back and it didn’t work. Will update once I figure out as well as how it feels to sleep on. August 2, 2021 Customer service reached out to me about the problems and kept in touch for days to correct the issue. I am currently waiting on my new futon and am certain it will be in good condition this time. I am truly happy with customer service never expected the quality and level of customer service i received. Will update as soon as am in receipt and open. The futon is comfortable to sleep on
