My estimated delivery time was July 21 - 26th, 2021, it came on the 18th. Was easy to set up except there was a hole on the bottom, I’m guessing for the extra leg which was at the wrong part. I had to bore another hole for the leg. At the front of my sofa was torn/scratch as you can see in the photo. I tested the different angle settings for the back and it didn’t work. Will update once I figure out as well as how it feels to sleep on.

Customer service reached out to me about the problems and kept in touch for days to correct the issue. I am currently waiting on my new futon and am certain it will be in good condition this time. I am truly happy with customer service never expected the quality and level of customer service i received. Will update as soon as am in receipt and open. The futon is comfortable to sleep on
