If youre thinking about it...Order it! this bed frame is very satisfactory; I wanted a lip on all 4 sides to prevent slipping which it has... they gave the allen wrench needed and extra screws. the sturdy velcro on the quality wood slats also keeps them in place but they are designed to be installed in two sets with wooden pegs for the top of each set of slats. I love the solid teak wood, it is well made and attractive. the directions were lacking and it took me awhile to put together but I am very pleased with this bed frame. The only thing is that it sits low so you can not fit anything underneath so it that matters you may be able to find this in a higher bed frame. I highly recommend this product!
