This is a nice couch but its hard to assemble it had staples in places where you are supposed to put screws. The ottoman came broken and I have no clue how to fix it I have tried multiple times and it just keeps falling apart . Its firm but after a while you get use to it and I like that I can just sit on it and charge my phone or tablet. Overall its a really awesome set and as long as you dont mind the assembly difficulty I would recommend it.
