All pieces were included. My 2 helpers dropped out of the assemble after only 1 of the 4 sides done. I completed the set up in about 3 hours ALONE. and May have finished it sooner had I done the project alone. Easy!!! the kid is 50 pounds, I joined her up there (160lbs) and we are stable. Very pretty.
