So what did I expect for $40? Not much, so I am not disappointed. It looks like the one I got is a return. The original paint is scratched all across the top piece and you can see where they hastily sprayed a different shade of white paint to cover it. The different shade sticks out like a sore thumb . But it serves its purpose for the time being.
