The chair is really cute and looks like the pics! It did arrive with a few spots/nicks on the upholstery and the assembly instructions, though not in English, seemed pretty straightforward. Its actually quite easy to put together but I did assemble it incorrectly at first... I reached out and they answered promptly with clear instructions/photos to guide the reassembly; they also offered a partial refund for the few cosmetic flaws which was great because I didnt really want to return it. Very happy with the chair and the customer service!
