Shipping was very quick, chairs were easy to put together (approximately 20 min for both). I bought two of the rose ones and the color is very true to the picture. The chairs are veeeery comfortable! Much more than I expected and they are the perfect height for my dining room table. My only issue is that one of them has what looks like an arc of lighter velvet on the chair. It is very thin, almost like someone drizzled bleach on it. Upon closer inspection it looks like the velvet is simply indented there, something I thought would go away after it had been out of the packaging for a while. I have had these chairs for about two weeks now and it hasnt gone away. It is not suuuuper noticeable and it is only on one but if these chairs were in my living room instead of tucked into the dining table it would be much more noticeable.
Otherwise, it is a good product for the money!
